①Workshop on Showcasing Your Research Capability and Creating a Self-Promotion Poster
Presenting your research during a recruitment process is fundamentally different from presenting at academic conferences. You need to structure and convey your work from the employer’s perspective. You will learn key strategies for self-promotion, such as how to summarize your research effectively for a corporate audience, what aspects beyond your research to highlight, and how best to communicate them. Additionally, individual feedback on self-promotion posters is available for those interested.

① In the workshop on Showcasing Your Research Capability and Creating a Self-Promotion Poster, you will learn how to summarize
your research effectively for a corporate audience and pick up tips for self-promotion; you will also receive feedback on your poster.
②Networking Event with Companies for Doctoral Students features roundtable discussions with participating companies
as well as opportunities for students to give poster presentations. By putting the self-promotion techniques learned in ① into practice
at the event in ②, you can further hone your ability to showcase your research capabilities.
You may participate in either ① or ② independently; however, students planning to give a poster presentation in ② are strongly encouraged
to attend ① to receive guidance and feedback on their posters. Conversely, students wishing to attend ① are highly encouraged to also participate
in ② as an opportunity to put what you have learned into practice.
